1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: We collect your email address, username, and password (which is securely hashed) when you register for an account.
• Billing Information: Your payment details are processed securely directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or process your full credit card details on our servers.
• Source Content: We temporarily process the raw text, website URLs, and PDF documents you submit in order to generate your content.
• App Data: We store your generated drafts, exported CSV histories, and custom "Brand Voice" configurations so you can access them across sessions.

2. How We Use Third-Party AI Providers

Draftmultiplier is powered by the OpenAI API. The source content you upload (including text extracted from PDFs and URLs) and your custom brand voice instructions are transmitted securely to OpenAI to generate your social posts.

Important: We utilize OpenAI's standard API, which strictly prohibits OpenAI from using your submitted data to train or improve their public machine learning models.

3. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your profile data, drafts, and settings for as long as your account remains active. You maintain the right to permanently delete your account at any time via your Account Settings page.

Initiating an account deletion will instantly and permanently destroy all of your generated drafts, brand voice configurations, and personal account data from our active databases.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. We do not currently use intrusive third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
