1. Service Description

Draftmultiplier is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. We allow users to extract text from provided URLs, uploaded PDF documents, or raw text input, and utilize artificial intelligence to format that data into social media posts, newsletters, and threads.

2. Content Ownership and User Obligations

Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to the original content you input into the Service. You explicitly agree not to upload PDFs, paste URLs, or provide text that you do not have the legal right to use, or that contains illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing material.

AI Output: You own the output generated by our Service. However, due to the inherent nature of machine learning, AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, formatting errors, or "hallucinations." You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing it to your social media channels.

3. Subscriptions, Upgrades, and Cancellations

Draftmultiplier offers subscription tiers (such as the Creator and Business plans) processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing.

You may cancel your subscription or downgrade your plan at any time through our self-serve Billing Portal. Cancellations and downgrades will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle, allowing you to use your remaining credits/access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Fair Use Policy

Our "Business" tier includes unlimited draft generation intended for reasonable, manual human usage. To protect the stability of our platform and prevent automated abuse or excessive API consumption, this plan is subject to a fair use policy. If your account's generation volume drastically exceeds standard human workflows, we reserve the right to temporarily rate-limit your account and will contact you to discuss a custom Enterprise agreement.
